Hayley's yoga sessions are just beautiful. Whatever day you've had, she encourages you to leave it at the door and take time for yourself. Each week is thoughtfully put together with a different focus for the sessions, which are adapted, so suitable for beginners and more advanced yogis. Hayley has such a calm, positive and warm nature, I can't recommend her enough. ❤️

I’d never tried Yoga before and was rather anxious, but as soon as I walked in, the setting was so calming and relaxing I immediately felt at ease. Hayley is patient and took her time in making sure I was stretching correctly and is always conscious of my lower back pain and with her help I know my overall health and strength is going to improve.
The other ladies in the group are super welcoming which can also be daunting starting something new, it’s a real positive vibe setting and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend Hayley as I’m sure everyone would. 🥰
